If your product is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service. This can be done by email. You will then receive an email with what to do.

For reasons of hygiene and safety, opened products such as sex toys and lingerie cannot be returned. For unopened and unused products, we offer a 14-day return period. If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service first for return instructions.
